Return Policy

You may return most items in sellable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. With some parts there is allowable "light use." If you have a Tripp Research product purchased from us that you aren't 100% happy with, please give us a call!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank/Credit Card to process our refund request (10 to 14 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply 'Sign In' to your account, click on the specific order number under the 'Orders' link. Click the 'Return' button under the 'Actions' section at bottom right of page. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States, some restrictions apply with shipping type and when shipping outside of the continental United States.  

Serialized components will be shipped to a local FFL dealer. Specific FFL dealers can be requested by purchaser at time of purchase.

Shipments will go by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise directed by the customer. If an alternative shipping method is used, the Customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our hands.

In the Continental United States shipping generally takes 1-3 days, depending on your distance from Central Texas.
